Li Auto Philippines Holiday Raffle Promotion
Li Auto Philippines is pleased to announce a special holiday raffle promotion for all customers who purchase LiAuto vehicles during the promotional period. This promotion is designed to express our gratitude and celebratethe festive season with our valued customers. By participating in this promotion, customers have the opportunityto win exciting prizes including a cash voucher, premium electronics, and other valuable items.
1. Promotion Period
The raffle promotion will run from November 1, 2025 (12:01 AM PHT) to December 14,2025 (11:59 PM PHT). All qualifying transactions must be made within this period.
2. Eligible Showrooms
This promo is open to all customers who will purchase any Li Auto units from any of the following Li Autoshowrooms within this promo period:
(a) Li Auto BGC
(b) Li Auto Aseana
3. Eligibility Requirements
(a) The promotion is open to all Filipino citizens and permanent residents of the Philippines, aged 18 yearsand above.
(b) Participants must have a valid Philippine shipping address.
(c) To be eligible, a participant must place a reservation deposit OR complete a full purchase of any LiAuto vehicle from an authorized Li Auto Philippines dealership within the promotion period.
(d) Employees of Li Auto Philippines, its dealership partners, advertising agencies, and their relatives upto the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
4. How to Enter
(a) For every successful reservation deposit OR full purchase of any Li Auto vehicle during the promoperiod, the customer is entitled to one (1) official raffle entry.
(b) The customer's full name, registered address, contact number, and email address will be automaticallyentered into the raffle system upon confirmation of the transaction.
(c) Each transaction (one vehicle purchase/deposit) qualifies for one entry only.
5. Raffle Prizes
(a) Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) voucher worth One Hundred Fifty Thousand PhilippinePesos (₱150,000.00).
(i) The voucher is valid for use at any authorized Li Auto Philippines dealership.
(ii) It can be used as a cash discount towards the vehicle purchase price, for after-sales services, parts,and/or official Li Auto accessories.
(iii) The voucher is non-transferable and not convertible to cash. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
(b) Second Prize (1 Winner): One (1) unit of an 80-inch Smart TV. The brand and model willbe at the sole discretion of Li Auto Philippines.
(c) Third Prize (1 Winner): One (1) unit of the new Apple iPhone 17 256GB. Model, color,and specifications are subject to availability upon claiming.
6. Raffle Draw Procedures
(a) The raffle draw will be conducted on a date to be announced by Li Auto Philippines, but no later thanDecember 31, 2025.
(b) The draw will be held at the Li Auto Philippines office or another venue to be announced.
(c) Winners will be selected through an electronic or manual draw process supervised by authorizedrepresentatives of Li Auto Philippines.
(d) Winners will be notified via the contact number and/or email address provided during the transactionwithin seven (7) business days from the date of the draw.
7. Claiming of Prizes
(a) Winners must claim their prizes within thirty (30) days from the date of notification.
(b) Winners must present valid government-issued ID and proof of vehicle purchase or reservation deposit.
(c) Prizes that are not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited without liability to Li AutoPhilippines.
8. General Terms and Conditions
(a) Li Auto Philippines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and winners.
(b) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
(c) All prizes are subject to applicable taxes, if any, in accordance with Philippine tax laws. Any taxliability shall be borne by the winner.
(d) Li Auto Philippines reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in case ofunavailability.
(e) By participating in this promotion, participants agree to allow Li Auto Philippines to use their namesand photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
(f) Li Auto Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who is found to haveviolated any of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
(g) Li Auto Philippines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time withoutprior notice, subject to approval by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
(h) All decisions of Li Auto Philippines regarding this promotion shall be final and binding.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
(a) All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will behandled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
10. DTI Permit
(a) This promotion is covered by DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-240928 Series of 2025.
